Ottawa Freelance is designed to introduce private and public sector managers to Ottawa’s freelancing community. We offer freelancers a site for announcing their services and displaying their portfolios. Simultaneously, we offer managers a site where they can post their requests for proposals and estimates for contracts.

Free to all comers – both freelancers and contracting organizations – Ottawa Freelance represents the first company of its nature in Canada. Its foremost goal is to introduce managers to – as its motto reads -- “World class talent right here at home.”

We’ve designed Ottawa Freelance to spotlight Ottawa’s phenomenal talent pool of freelance individuals who work in the communications industry. We showcase those extremely talented, super-motivated people who know how to do more with less because that’s how they make their living.”
