All t-shirts are 100% cotton. 10.1-ounce. Double-needle coverstitched collar. Taped neck and shoulders. Double-needle sleeves and bottom hem. Quarter-turned to eliminate center crease. Pre-shrunk. Coordinating ladies style, youth style and toddler style.

Sending Files

Ideally if your logo is an image we prefer a file that is 300 dpi. If your logo is vector art we can support most types of files. Please Note: If we have to spend time cleaning up your file we charge $35.00/hr for this service.

Ottawa Freelance welcomes files sent electronically. The files can be sent either by email (with attachments) or via our FTP site. Whatever method is used, some elements must be included, namely your logo as a digital file, the additional files, the fonts, and all the information needed for production - colours, sizes and quantities.

If you are compressing a Windows file, we recommend that you use a program like WinZip (http://www.tucows.com/comp95.html).

For a Macintosh file, we recommend that you use StuffIt (http://mac.tucows.com/compmac.html).

All the documents should be included in a single compressed file. These programs help to keep the files together and reduce transfer time.

SENDING BY WEB

Copy and paste ftp://hbaker:password@Ottawafreelance.com into IE 7 and it will take you directly into our clients upload folder. Please note this will only work with IE 7. Once on the ftp site following the instructions given at the top of the page. They go like this: "To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer".
